What this site is

SweetSense.Space is an independent technical publication focused on practical remote monitoring of water and infrastructure systems. It is written for engineers, programme managers, operators, researchers and buyers who need to turn field measurements into defensible operational decisions. The emphasis is on decision rules, failure diagnosis, commissioning, acceptance evidence, lifecycle cost and source-grounded lessons rather than product promotion.

  • Use the guides to design complete monitoring and response systems.
  • Use focused procedures to diagnose or configure a specific part of the chain.
  • Use comparison pages to structure procurement and pilots.
  • Use the browser tools to expose planning assumptions without sharing data.

Independence note

This site is not the former SweetSense Inc. organization and does not represent its former personnel. Earlier work associated with the SweetSense name informs the subject area, but current pages are independently researched and rewritten; former staff profiles and contact details are not republished.

What we do not claim

We do not claim first-hand installation, operation or testing unless a source explicitly provides that evidence. Published field results are attributed to their original researchers or organizations and are presented as lessons, not as promises of equivalent performance elsewhere. Local regulations, engineering standards, water-safety requirements, electrical safety and manufacturer instructions take precedence over generalized web guidance.

How to verify a claim

Technical pages include a sources-and-limits section with direct links to primary or authoritative material where practical. The methodology page explains source selection, date handling and how worked examples are separated from externally documented results.
